An honest note on scope. The live SWIFT network and gpi payment tracking are members-only —
there is no public API for a payment's status on the wire. What is public is the directory behind it:
IBANs resolve to real banks via openiban.com, and a BIC
is self-describing. This gateway does that part for real, live, and caches every result.
