Step into a role

Role-based access control is live. Each persona sees a different navigation rail, different queues, and different actions — a screen they lack the permission for returns a genuine 403 rather than being quietly hidden.

Demo personas only. The password login path is unchanged and still verifies a hash; this switcher exists so a viewer can move between desks and control functions without a handful of separate credentials.
